Month-to-month after the first 12 months. We ask for a one-year commitment to start so we can rate-lock and plan the schedule, but you can cancel after that anytime, no penalty.
It depends on the home — square footage, story count, roof type, what's surrounding the property. Plans typically run 15–25% below the same services billed à la carte. We send a fixed monthly quote after we walk the place.
Yes. Reschedule with 48 hours' notice and we'll roll it forward — no fee. If a visit isn't needed (mild winter, away on travel) we'll credit it toward the next.
Add-ons are billed at plan-member rates — usually 10–15% below our standard pricing. Just tell us at the start of a visit or text ahead.
Plan members get priority over one-off bookings. Cascade members are scheduled the same week; Summit gets same-week response on any request.
Same guarantee as our one-off work: we come back out and re-do it before we take payment. If something specific keeps coming up, we'll adjust the plan together.
